This design gives me a feeling of quiet peace and serenity. From the snow covered village nestled within giant evergreens to the centerpiece and focal point of my design, the male cardinal perched on an evergreen branch with holly berries. The cardinal stands out bold, bright, and strong, vivid against winter’s quiet calm. He brings a brilliant pop of vibrant color and life as well as a gentle reminder that life continues around us, even in the midst of winter.
